Ship it: deploy to a channel
Your brief
Take the agent you built in the last lesson and put it in front of real people.
Deploy your agent to a Slack or Teams channel your team can reach. Attach the policy collection so refund answers cite the document, and configure a hand-off so a human is pulled in when the agent is unsure.
Slack and Teams both need the Nexus app approved by your workspace admin. If that approval is not in place yet, deploy to the web widget instead; the rubric is the same.
What to submit
- A link to the deployment page in Nexus
- Two or three sentences on what you would improve next
- Optional: a screenshot, or a short screen recording, of the agent answering in the channel
How it is graded
Your manager reviews the submission with the rubric below; pass at 70%. An AI pre-grade suggests scores and feedback that your manager confirms or edits, so the review usually lands within two days. You have three attempts, and the feedback from each one tells you what to change before the next.
