Build it: create and configure your first agent

• Open Agents and create a new agent named Sales assistantThe name is what colleagues see in the agent list; you can rename it later without losing anything
• Give it a one-line description saying who it serves and what it answersFor example: answers prospects and customers about the refund policy, delivery times and getting started
• Paste the instructions from Anatomy of an agent and replace Acme Corp with your companyKeep the three "never" rules; they are what the reviewer of the next lesson tests first
• Set the greeting the agent opens every conversation withOne sentence: who it is and what it can help with
• Write the fallback for questions it cannot answer, admitting it and offering a personThis is the hand-off the module 2 assignment grades; name who the person is
• In Knowledge, create a collection named Sales playbook and upload your refund policyAny PDF or page with the real policy; two pages are enough for this course
• Attach the Sales playbook collection to the agentIn the agent's knowledge settings; the collection must be attached, not just exist
• In the emulator, ask how long a customer has to request a refund and check that the answer cites the playbookNo citation means the collection is not attached or the answer came from memory
• Ask something the playbook does not cover, such as next year's pricing, and check that the agent falls back instead of inventing an answerIf it invents an answer, re-read the instructions you pasted; the "answer only from" sentence is missing or has been softened
