About this course
Four modules for anyone who works with documents, spreadsheets, mail and meetings, and who has never written a line of code. You learn what a language model actually does, so you can tell where it is strong and where it invents; how to brief Claude and judge what comes back; how to hand a whole task to Claude Cowork and review the finished work; and how to turn the task you handed over into a routine your team can trust. You finish with one of your own recurring tasks automated and a short set of rules for using it safely.
